Join us for Swineyay! A pork-themed coursed dinner featuring different cuts of Hawai`i Island raised pork on Saturday, June 29th, starting at 6pm. The butcher shop will become an after-hours dining room.
We'll serve pork raised by Farmer John Bird of J&B Meat Company in Kalapana. Snout to tail dishes will showcase the whole animal, and complemented by local produce.
