All of our meats come from animals raised in Hawaii with no antibiotics, ever, and no added hormones. We only partner with farmers and ranchers who follow strict standards for animal welfare. Our goal is to bring our community great-tasting beef, pork, lamb, and poultry that is environmentally and agriculturally sustainable.

Join us on Saturday, April 27th, at 6pm for a coursed Steak House themed dinner with a twist. Waygu beef will be featured along with other cuts and offerings from local farmers and ranchers. Tickets are $150 per person. Seating is extremely limited with only 12 seats available. BYOB.
Join us on every first Friday of the month for a Fried Chicken Pop-up at 5pm. We'll have buttermilk fried chicken for sale made with organic, pasture-raised Punachicks chicken.
On Saturday, May 11th, from 5-7pm at the shop, we’ll be holding a workshop on pork butchery using 100% Hawai`i Island raised pork. Learn the philosophy, techniques, and breakdown of butchering a pig, plus tips on using the whole animal.
Have you ever made your own sausage? On Saturday, June 1st, from 5-7pm at the shop, we’ll be having a workshop on sausage making.
