We only partner with farmers and ranchers who follow strict standards for animal welfare.  Our goal is to bring our community great-tasting beef, pork, lamb, and poultry that is environmentally and agriculturally sustainable.”

We are a whole animal shop, meaning we can get you any cut, if you don’t see it in the case, put an order in and we’ll get it for you.
